FIND THE PATTERN

Start with one good move.

Calm, practical ways to get into matching, sorting, memory and logic games.

A puzzle does not need a perfect opening. It needs one useful move, a little attention and permission to try again.

Look before you leap.

Take a moment to find the goal and the thing that changes when you act. In Alchemy Match, you exchange adjacent tiles to make a group. In Essence Sort, the top colour and available space decide which pour is legal. Those are different problems, even if both feel wonderfully colourful.

Read the short rules on a game’s page. A score, a move limit and a timer each ask you to think a little differently.

Make one small piece work.

In a merge puzzle, keeping larger tiles together can create more useful space. In a memory game, noticing the position of a revealed symbol is more useful than tapping quickly. In a picture logic puzzle, start with the clue that leaves the fewest possibilities.

These are starting points, not promises of a perfect result. Explore the board, see what changes and adapt.

Let the next move teach you.

A restart is a fresh board, not a penalty. If a move surprises you, look at why it happened before making another. Try a different approach on your next attempt.

For an easy first visit, try Rune Memory, Starlight Merge or Essence Sort. For a more deliberate challenge, try Moon Nonogram or Cipher Sudoku. The rules explain each game’s actual goal.

Keep your break a break.

There is no public ranking to defend here. A completed attempt can update your own device record, and a preview does not save any result. Stop when you have had enough fun, even if a puzzle still has a few pieces left.
